P0245 - Turbo Charger Actuator Circuit Fault - Short
The ECU monitors the control status of the turbocharger actuator, and sets a diagnostic trouble code (DTC) if a signal value is not measured with the VGT closed due to a short circuit to ground.
Possible causes - Power wiring (open circuit), control wiring (open circuit, short circuit to ground)
