I have been having this problem from the start. The engine is detonating, loosing power and shaking during accelarions and while climbing uphill at slow speeds.
Pay attention to 01:43 and 01:49 in the video.

No fault code is registered when the problem happens.
I went to the service center for this problem and they have upgraded the
firmware of the car to UCE50AM04. But this firmware change created another problem, engine is vibrating at idle from time to time. See this video for this new problem.

Tell me, please. After reprogramming the first problem is disappeared or not?
UCE50AM04 is the latest firmware for this engine. But also service center has to modify some wirings of knock sensors. Was it done by service center or not? Ask them. I suppose that it hadn't been done.
On video all knocks are similar by time, sound and quantity.

By the way, try to check fuel line between High Pressure Pump and Fuel Filter for air. For doing this you have to buy transparent fuel tube. Like that => http://www.takoyaki.org/media/superc..._fuellines.jpg
It is no good if you'll find a lot air inside tube while engine is running.

Regarding the irregular idle and knocking sound:
2 knock sersors has been swapped in the connector. So wiring is ok.
The service center said it takes 1000-1500 km for the engine to adjust injector timings , and the vibration will stop eventually. Is this correct?

Regarding the first problem:
It did not change after reprogramming to latest firmware. Today , we changed the E-VGT actuator and I am going to try this a couple days. My first impressions after actuator change is positive.

Вот у меня так же гремела с рождения, может только не так часто . Поехал к официалам нажаловался по горячей линии, ну они мне машину через интернет чинили . Сейчас такие стуки стали в половину меньше и редко. Я так понимаю через датчики детонации компьютер определяет оптимальный угол опережения впрыска . Ну и расход топлива поменее стал прошлым летом 8.5 без кондиционера, а сейчас заправлялся 22 литра на 296 км по городу.

I am not aware of injectors coding in ECU.
Is this something that must be done after ECU re-programming ?

Usually, diagnostic computer codes ECU automatically. But if there is any interruption of reprogramming, codes of injectors can be failed. So, mechanic has to code injectors manually.

Hello again ,
I think, I found the cause of the knocking sound at idle. It turned out that
the knock sensor wiring change was not done properly by the service center.
Instead of changing the polarity of the signal, they swapped 2 knock sensors.
The correct way to do the wiring change is shown in the following picture

Knock sensor wiring change and and ECU firmware update should be done together.

Thanks a lot agoksu, the problem in my country is that the dealer who was selling Ssangyong closed down and we are still waiting for another dealer to take over but it is already 1 year. For the time being no body is willing to repare Ssangyong cars. Is there a way that I can do it myself?

Can it be the same knock sensor problem that make my car lose torque?

I don't know the problem in your car. Did you watch my video in message #10 above?
Is it the same problem? If it is the same problem, you can make the wiring change by yourself and
give it a try. If the problem is not resolved, you can revert back to original wiring.

Is it possible to have a clearer picture to make the polarity change because the pictures in message 11 are not very clear. You think I still can swap the wires without updating the ECU, it won't do any harm to the engine?

Denisvitry, I feel your pain. I believe you can change the polarity of the knock sensors just to see
if the engine knock gets any better. I don't think it will harm the engine unless you drive your car for extended periods of time. The wiring change process is not difficult. The most difficult part of it is to pull the wires out of the socket. When you look at the socket from the pin side, you will see little holes around the pins. you need to insert something into those holes in order to be able to pull out the wire.

The target socket for wiring change is C116. This socket is in the engine compartment passenger side. see the following pictures.
